Return Eligibility Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they: are unused and in new, resalable condition; are returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories; include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements; pet beds, toys, or accessories that have been used or soiled; items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts after delivery; clearance/final sale items; gift cards and digital products.

Return Shipping — The customer is responsible for return shipping. Tracking is recommended.

Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders — Contact us within 5 business days and provide photos.
